First line: cream base
Second line: apple juice base
One pump Cinnamon Dolce Syrup
One pump Caramel Syrup
Toppings: Whipped cream, caramel drizzle
Optional: Ground up biscotti (not all stores will chop these up for you – they are rough on the blenders)
